En el derecho procesal los tipos o formas de convalidación, por
regla general, actúan como un límite que impide declarar la nulidad procesal pedida por alguna de las partes. El problema que se produce consiste en si estos límites son aplicables a las hipótesis en que el juez, de oficio, pretende declarar la nulidad de actuaciones. Este trabajo tiene por objetivo determinar cómo se relaciona la convalidación con el ejercicio de la potestad anulatoria de oficio.

In the judicial process the types or forms of validation, in general rule, act as a limit that prevents declaring the procedural invalidity requested by some of the parts. The problem that arises consists in itself of these limits that are applicable to the hypotheses in which the judge declares the nullity of his actions. This work has as its object to determine how it relates to the validation with the office of the office annulment power.
