Con el objetivo de entregar un estudio y exponer la relevancia que tienen los tópicos de la enemistad, la guerra y la criminalización del enemigo dentro del Glossarium de Carl Schmitt se realiza un análisis, en primer lugar, del primer tratamiento del mismo concepto de enemigo dentro de El concepto de lo político, donde fue concebido, y, en segundo lugar, al tratamiento del mismo concepto junto con el de criminalización del enemigo y de guerra dentro de los diarios que el autor mantuvo durante los años 1947 a 1958.

The present article contains a study of the topics of enmity, war, and criminalization of the enemy within Carl Schmitt’s Glossarium. With this objective in mind, this article will first analyze the initial treatment of the concept the enemy in The Concept of the Political, where it was conceived, and then analysis the same concepts in addition to the criminalization of the enemy and of war in the author’s diary entries from 1947 to 1958.
