La responsabilidad por infracción al deber de información al paciente

En el presente trabajo abordaremos la responsabilidad que deriva de la infracción al deber de información a la luz de la legislación chilena y la jurisprudencia de nuestros tribunales de justicia, inserta dentro del contrato de prestación de servicios médicos o de salud y que pesa sobre los médicos y/o los prestadores de salud.
Abstract
In the present work we discuss the liability that derives from the infringement of the duty of information in light of chilean legislation and the jurisprudence of our Courts of Justice, inserted within the contract for the provision of medical and associated health services and that is undertaken by doctors and/or healthcare providers.
