Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un análisis sintético del régimen constitucional y legal actual del agua, incluyendo las modificaciones introducidas a este en el presente año 2022 por la Ley n.º 21435, desde la perspectiva de considerar dicho recurso como suministro esencial para la actividad minera.
Abstract
