Nos ha parecido relevante en estas notas, sistematizar un capítulo
fundamental dentro de la teoría general del acto jurídico, como es el de los vicios del consentimiento, para lo cual hemos revisado la forma cómo los principales autores chilenos tratan los temas o interrogantes que surgen de la regulación legal.

We have found relevant in these notes, systematize a fundamental chapter within the General Theory of the Legal Act, such as the Vices of Consent, for which we have reviewed the way in which the main Chilean authors deal with the issues or questions that arise from legal regulation.
