En el presente artículo revisaremos los límites de la potestad dictaminante de la Contraloría General de la República y, especialmente, la circunstancia de que no debe inmiscuirse en las atribuciones propias de los tribunales de justicia.
Abstract
This article reviews the limits of the ruling power of the Comptroller General of the Republic and, especially, the circumstance that it should not interfere with the attributions of the courts of justice.
