El concepto de obligaciones futuras en el Código Civil Chileno
Resumen
El presente trabajo, luego de referir brevemente los diferentes pareceres que existen tanto en el ámbito doctrinario como de Derecho Comparado en torno a las obligaciones futuras, intenta precisar el concepto de estas en nuestra legislación civil, a partir de la normativa del Código del ramo.
Abstract
The present work, after briefly mentioning the different opinions that exist at both doctrinal and comparative law regarding future obligations, tries to clarify the concept of these in our civil legislation, based on the legislation of the branch code.
