El texto busca describir y analizar el texto de la reforma constitucional introducida por la Ley n.º 21542, de 2023, que permite al Presidente de la República disponer la participación de las Fuerzas Armadas en la protección de la infraestructura crítica y en el resguardo de las zonas fronterizas.
Abstract
The present work seeks to describe and analyze the text of the constitutional reform introduced by Law No. 21542, of 2023, which allows the President of the Republic provide for the participation of the Armed Forces in the protection of critical infraestructure and in the shelter of border areas.
