De las mediaciones por daños de salud
Resumen
Este trabajo tiene por objetivo analizar el régimen de mediaciones por daños en salud establecido por la ley No 19.966, estudiando sus principios, características y procedimiento, y haciendo un muy breve comentario respecto a la constitucionalidad de dicho procedimiento, con el propósito de contribuir al conocimiento de este.
Abstract
The purpose of this essay is to analyze the heltcare tort’s mediation remine established by the law number 19.966, through the study of its principles, characteristics and the procedure, as well as the analysis regarding the constitutionality of its procedure, with the purpose of contributing to knowledge of it.
