Comenzaremos estudiando el concepto celsino de ius, luego haremos lo propio con el concepto de iustitia, examinando las teorías de la justicia dadas por Aristóteles y cómo ellas se reflejan en los pasajes ulpianeos; a continuación, diremos algunas palabras relativas a la labor que le corresponde a la jurisprudencia y al jurista para relacionar ambos conceptos en la filosofía jurídica romana.

For our work we will start studying the Celsius’ concept of Ius, then we will do the same with the concept of iustitia, examining the theories of justice given by Aristotle and how they relate in the Ulpian passages, then we will say some words that correspond to the jurisprudence and the jury to relate both concepts in Roman legal philosophy.
