Explorando la responsabilidad civil y el riesgo en el proyecto de ley chileno sobre inteligencia artificial
Resumen
El presente trabajo pretende abordar el tratamiento de la responsabilidad civil y el riesgo en el proyecto de ley chileno sobre inteligencia artificial (IA) presentado por el Ejecutivo el 7 de mayo de 20241. Para dicho propósito, se expone y explora la regulación general del proyecto en la materia, efectuando un análisis crítico del mismo.
Abstract
This work aims to address the treatment of civil liability and risk in the Chilean bill on Artificial Intelligence (AI) presented by the Executive on May 7, 2024. For this purpose, the general regulation of the project on the matter is exposed and explored, carrying out a critical analysis of it.
