Scopes and limits of the regulated sectors –considering the competencies of the regulatory bodies and the objectives of public policies–; analyze the State Administration’s logic, organization, and specific attributions –its activity intervenes in the economic decisions of the country–. It comprises, for example, areas of law such as Free Competition, Financial Law, Securities Market, Consumer Protection, Tax Law, Environmental Law, Regulated Markets (concessions and natural resources), etc.

COMPANY LAW

Analyze the different areas of law that govern companies and require companies to make strategic decisions, particularly regarding their financing, administration, taxation, and labor relations. It includes corporate governance, labor law, law and technology, liability and contracts, etc.
