Sergio Verdugo (JSD, LLM, LLB) is an Associate Professor of Law at Universidad del Desarrollo, Chile. He is also the Director of the Center for Constitutional Justice and the Center for Economic Regulation. He teaches Political Theory, Human Rights, Constitutional Law, and Comparative Law. His research interests include constitutional theory, the politics of constitutional courts, comparative constitutional law and democratic theory. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
